Overview
The App / Platform Support Intern ensures that this digital experience is seamless. You will manage the backend of the registration platforms and support systems, ensuring that thousands of users can register, donate, and interact with the movement without technical glitches.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage the event registration platforms (e.g., Townscript, Google Forms, or custom apps).
Act as the "Helpdesk," resolving technical queries from participants regarding tickets, login issues, or certificates.
Monitor ticket sales in real-time and generate sales reports for the finance team.
Ensure smooth data flow between the registration platform and the email marketing tools.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before launching any new form or feature to the public.
Skills & Qualifications
Comfortable learning new software interfaces quickly.
Patience and clarity in troubleshooting user problems.
IT, Computer Applications, or Operations students.
Ability to respond quickly during peak registration windows.
