1. Internship Listings Service

No Guarantee of Internships: StepUp Intern strives to connect users with field-relevant internship opportunities but does not guarantee placement. Applications are subject to the criteria and availability of partner companies.
Accuracy of Information: Users are responsible for ensuring their profiles and resumes accurately reflect their skills, qualifications, and experience when applying for internship opportunities.
Third-Party Companies: Internship terms, including selection, duration, compensation, and working conditions, are determined solely by the accepting company and not StepUp Intern.

Annual Entitlement: Each registered user is eligible for up to three (3) free mock interviews and three (3) free resume building sessions per year from the date of subscription.
Booking and Usage: Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Unused entitlements do not roll over to the following year.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of that session.
Quality Assurance: StepUp Intern provides constructive feedback during sessions, but does not guarantee job offers or internship placements as a result of these services.

Professionalism: Users must maintain respect and professionalism in all interactions, including interviews, resume sessions, and communications with StepUp Intern staff or partner companies.
Confidentiality: All information, feedback, and materials provided during mock interviews and resume services are for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or published without written consent from StepUp Intern.

No Job Guarantee: StepUp Intern is not responsible for employment outcomes. Our services are designed to assist users, but do not guarantee internships or jobs.
Service Modification: StepUp Intern reserves the right to modify service offerings, session numbers, or eligibility conditions at any time, with reasonable notice posted on the website.
Limitation of Liability: StepUp Intern shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including missed opportunities, disputes with third-party companies, or data loss.

Personal Data: User information is collected solely for the purpose of providing services and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Sharing: We do not share user data with third parties except when connecting users with internship providers at the user’s request.

6. Termination of Access

Breach of Policy: StepUp Intern reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to services for violations of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to misrepresentation, inappropriate conduct, or misuse of company resources.

All content, resources, and materials provided by StepUp Intern remain the property of the company. Users may not copy, distribute, or resell such materials without written permission.

StepUp Intern reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect once posted on the website.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
