Your Responsibilities as a Partner

  1. Inform StepUp Intern if you hire any candidate through our platform.

  2. Provide preferential internship opportunities to candidates who apply via StepUp Intern.

  3. Share timely and constructive feedback on candidate suitability.

  4. Notify StepUp Intern once a role has been filled so we can remove the posting.

  5. Manage and disburse any stipend directly to the hired intern(s).
