Overview
Sportech is a growing sports startup that organizes and manages sports tournaments for schools, academies, and corporate organizations. As a Business Development & Operations Intern, you will help onboard schools, build client relationships, and support the planning and execution of sports events while gaining practical experience in business development and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions across Hyderabad.
Meet and interact with Principals, Trustees, and School Management.
Present Sportech's sports tournament offerings and onboard schools for upcoming events.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with schools and sports academies.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing sports tournaments and events.
Support the operations team with day-to-day business and event management activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth tournament execution.
Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA, or a related Business/Management degree.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
Confident in meeting clients and representing the organization.
Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for school and client visits.
Passion for sports, event management, and business development.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
