Overview
We are looking for a proactive Client Management Intern to support our team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role involves assisting with client communications, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, and contributing to the overall client experience. Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day client communications via email, calls, and meetings.
Maintain client records, documents, and communication logs.
Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met on time.
Track client feedback and work with the team to implement improvements.
Help organize client-related events, check-ins, or review sessions.
