Overview
The Community Management Intern will support in building, engaging, and nurturing its growing community of entrepreneurs, startups, and professionals. This role focuses on fostering meaningful interactions, enhancing member experiences, and strengthening Pitch Lounge’s presence across digital platforms and events.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and engaging with community members across social media platforms and online groups.
Support event promotions by coordinating with participants, partners, and attendees.
Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages to ensure a positive community experience.
Help moderate online discussions, forums, and networking activities.
Conduct research on community engagement trends and suggest innovative strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align community engagement with brand initiatives.
Prepare community engagement reports and suggest improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with social media and community engagement platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Interest in startups, events, and networking.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
