Overview
As a CRM & Operations Intern at Vegalaya Foods, you will support and create the systems that drive our growth. This role focuses on managing leads, organizing data, and ensuring structured follow-ups as we build relationships with cafés, universities, and institutional partners across Europe. You will work closely with the founder to streamline operations and create efficient workflows from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update CRM systems with leads and contact data
Track outreach, follow-ups, and communication pipelines
Maintain structured databases using Google Sheets
Assist in building and improving operational workflows
Support lead generation and research for potential partners
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Basic understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar is a plus)
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Attention to detail and reliability
Interest in business operations, startups, or sales processes
Self-driven with a structured and problem-solving mindset
