Overview

The "Fellow Intern" title is reserved for high-potential candidates who demonstrate exceptional maturity and drive. This is a pre-fellowship role where you are treated not just as an intern, but as a junior partner. You will be given independent charge of a significant component of the movement, such as launching a new district or managing a key partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of a specific project, zone, or thematic area with minimal supervision.

  • Represent the movement in meetings with high-level government officials or corporate heads.

  • Manage and mentor a small team of junior interns and volunteers.

  • Propose and pilot new initiatives or revenue models for the movement.

  • Contribute significantly to the long-term impact strategy and theory of change.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous internship experience or significant campus leadership roles.

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Final year students or recent graduates from top-tier institutions (Any discipline).

  • Passion for creating scalable social impact.
