Overview
Seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, offering valuable exposure to organisational processes and people management practices.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Assist in organising employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Help prepare HR reports, documentation, and compliance-related tasks.
Research HR best practices to improve processes.
Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
