Overview

Seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, offering valuable exposure to organisational processes and people management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

  • Assist in organising employee engagement activities and internal communications.

  • Help prepare HR reports, documentation, and compliance-related tasks.

  • Research HR best practices to improve processes.

  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
