Overview
We are seeking a motivated Memberships Intern to join our team. This role focuses on supporting membership management, engaging with our community, and helping strengthen relationships with members. Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and updating the membership database.
Support onboarding of new members and ensure smooth registration processes.
Communicate with members via email, social media, or newsletters to keep them engaged and informed.
Help coordinate member-exclusive events, meetings, or online sessions.
Conduct research to identify potential membership benefits and opportunities.
Collect feedback from members to improve programs and initiatives.
Prepare simple reports on membership growth, engagement, and retention.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or spreadsheets is a plus.
