Overview
The City/District Coordinator Intern is the nodal point for all activities in a specific geography. You are responsible for growing the movement's footprint, managing local stakeholders, and ensuring that the "Planet Run" brand is vibrant and active in your town.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a city-specific plan to increase participation and impact.
Build a local network of schools, colleges, NGOs, and running clubs.
Lead the on-ground execution of all events in the city, from permission to cleanup.
Source local sponsorships (in-kind or cash) to support city-level events.
Submit weekly reports on city activities, volunteer strength, and challenges to the national team.
Skills & Qualifications
Deep understanding of the city's geography, culture, and key influencers.
Ability to build and lead a local volunteer chapter.
Management, Social Work, or Entrepreneurship students.
Ability to work remotely and independently.
