Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organized Project & HR Intern who is interested in project coordination, team management, recruitment, and workplace operations. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to gain practical exposure to project tracking, HR processes, follow-ups, and team coordination. The intern will support ongoing projects, assist in HR activities, and help ensure smooth communication and workflow management within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in tracking project progress, tasks, and deadlines
Coordinate with team members for updates, follow-ups, and task completion
Support onboarding and orientation processes for new interns and employees
Maintain and update candidate, employee, and project records in an organized manner
Assist in preparing project reports, HR documents, and meeting summaries
Support employee engagement activities, team coordination, and internal initiatives
Help manage attendance, feedback collection, and basic HR operations
Collaborate with teams to improve project workflows and HR processes
Ensure smooth communication between departments and team members
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in project management, HR operations, and team coordination
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle follow-ups and manage deadlines effectively
Basic knowledge of HR processes and workplace communication
Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, or collaboration tools is a plus
