Overview
Join Rayontec as a Project Manager – Engineering & Production and work closely with the Engineering and Production teams to ensure smooth project execution. You will coordinate with vendors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams while supporting project planning, communication, process improvements, and timely delivery of engineering and manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate between Engineering and Production teams for smooth project execution.
Manage vendor and supplier onboarding, negotiations, contracts, purchase orders, and performance tracking.
Conduct daily morning and evening team syncs and organize project review meetings.
Track project actions, milestones, challenges, and follow-up activities.
Drive process improvements to reduce turnaround time and improve team efficiency.
Work closely with the CEO and COO on strategic project objectives.
Coordinate with clients regarding project status, requirements, and feedback.
Manage project risks, escalations, and conflicts between stakeholders.
Track KPIs related to delivery, quality, cost, and supplier performance.
Maintain project records, reports, and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
Fresher to 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience coordinating projects involving multiple teams or functions.
Strong stakeholder management and vendor/supplier coordination skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and external partners.
Familiarity with project management tools for scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking is a plus.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
