Overview
This role focuses on the Institutions. The School & College Program Intern navigates the administrative hierarchy of educational institutions to integrate Planet Run initiatives into their academic and extra-curricular calendars. You will be pitching to Principals and Deans, requiring a professional and structured approach to partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Pitch the Planet Run program to school and college administrations, highlighting the benefits for their institution's branding and student development.
Work with teachers to conduct "Planet Impact Theme" sessions (e.g., on water or waste) as a precursor to the run.
Organize mini-runs or plantation drives within school premises as satellite events to the main Planet Run.
Manage the bulk registration process for institutions and coordinate bus/transport logistics for students on event day.
Ensure that all participating institutions and students receive their participation certificates and recognition letters promptly.
Skills & Qualifications
Corporate-level communication skills for interacting with senior academicians.
Ability to make compelling presentations to large groups of faculty or students.
Education, Business Administration, or Management students.
Ability to handle large datasets of student registrations without errors.
