Pitch Lounge is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website & Newsletter Intern to join our team. This role involves assisting in the maintenance of our website, designing engaging pages, and creating newsletters that keep our community informed and inspired. Key Responsibilities
Assist in updating, maintaining, and optimizing content on the Pitch Lounge website.
Help design and format web pages to ensure a smooth and engaging user experience.
Draft, design, and schedule newsletters to share updates, events, and opportunities with our community.
Ensure brand consistency in all digital communication.
Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to align website and newsletter content with ongoing initiatives.
Monitor website performance and engagement with newsletters, preparing simple reports.
Suggest creative ideas to improve web design and audience engagement.
Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of website builders (Wix, WordPress, or similar).
Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, or similar) is a plus.
Strong written and visual communication skills.
Eye for design and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
Proactive, creative, and eager to learn.
