Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Website Development Intern to assist in designing, developing, and maintaining websites using the Wix platform. This internship is ideal for individuals interested in web design, no-code/low-code development, and modern website creation tools.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive websites using Wix Editor / Wix Studio
Customize website layouts, pages, and components based on requirements
Update and maintain existing Wix websites (content, images, sections, forms)
Integrate basic features such as contact forms, bookings, galleries, and blogs
Optimize websites for performance, SEO basics, and mobile responsiveness
Collaborate with the team to implement design feedback and revisions
Test websites to ensure functionality and cross-device compatibility
Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with Wix (Wix Editor or Wix Studio)
Understanding of web design principles (layout, typography, color schemes)
Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory)
Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals is an advantage
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
